L00T.US is a small independently owned and operated e-business that specializes in bringing you one great deal on quality electronics everyday. We're located in the Greater Boston Area, and our team has worked in the electronics retail and computer industry for the past decade. Our mission is to bring you the best deals on products that delight audiophiles and technology lovers alike.

Privacy Policy
We will not for any reason sell, share, or distribute your personal information to other third party companies. In fact, we don't want to know anything about you. We preserve your privacy as a consumer by allowing you to purchase our products without an account through us. We feature products from various well-known, trusted third-parties and occassionally we will use Google Checkout to securely process orders for our own stock. See the 'Google Checkout Advantages' section below for more details.

Shipping
Shipping and handling costs are determined by the third-party merchant in which you are purchasing your product from. All orders purchased from L00T through Google Checkout are sent via UPS Ground. Shipping cost varies depending on the item and is calculated with Google Checkout's shipping calculator. Expediated shipping is not available through L00T at this time, though some third-party referal deals my have expediated shipping options.
Quantities
There is a limited quantity of each item, so you must act fast to clinch the deal. Deals are sold on a first-come first-serve basis, and there are no limits to how many you can purchase. The featured deal of the day will run for 24 hours, but could potentially sell out within the first minute.
Warranty
Each product will be covered under warranty by the manufacturer or third-party service center. Check the details specific to each item in our product description section or on the merchants web page.
Return Policy
Due to our variety of product sources, return instructions vary depending on the merchant that is selling the product. Since L00T.US is merely the middle-man for a wide variety of distributors, we are not responsible for the products condition. All product-related issues must be taken up with the merchant or manufacturer.

Phishing Scams
L00T.us will not contact you for personal, financial, or credit information through e-mail. E-mails of this type are not from us no matter how official they look, identity theft is a hassle to correct, so protect yourself by not responding to such e-mails and by contacting us if you experience anything suspicious.
